If you have a product that has failed under warranty then standard procedure should be to first contact your product supplier and hopefully they can solve your issue.
SatPlus are a local satellite equipment supplier and are not a national help centre. We offer support to our customers, so if you have purchased a product from SatPlus (QLD or VIC) and are having issues then please fill out the form and we will get back to you ASAP.
