Product Support

If you have a product that has failed under warranty then standard procedure should be to first contact your product supplier and hopefully they can solve your issue. 

SatPlus are a local satellite equipment supplier and are not a national help centre. We offer support to our own customers only, so if you have purchased a product from SatPlus (QLD or VIC) and are having issues then please click on the contact us page link below and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We also offer support information via videos and our FAQ page.

Support via SatPlus is best started with an email which is sent to us via our CONTACT US PAGE - please fill out the form with all relevant details and we will generally respond within one business day.

VAST is responsible for activation and renewal of smartcard registrations so if you have issues relating to your smartcard then please contact VAST on 1300 993 376 or via email on vast.administration@mysattv.com.au
