The SatKing 2500C Terrestrial TV Meter is a high definition meter specially designed for TV installers and electricians and could be used by travellers and caravanners looking for a way to peak up their antenna prior to scanning in the channels on the TV.  With built in spectrum analyser, it is possible to rotate the antenna while monitoring the spectrum and then scan in the channels without even knowing the frequency of the channels being broadcast.  Being MPEG 4 the unit can display a live TV picture of both SD and HD channels. The unit is easy to use and has all the important measurements built in like MER and signal strength and quality with the ability to monitor multiple frequencies at the same time (favourite channels stored) making it ideal for antenna technicians who work in a particular area and where the channel frequencies are the same.

The unit has a built in high power 3000mAH battery that you can use without re-charging every day.  Generally you'll be able to expect 3 to 4 days of heavy use before needing to recharge.  Unlike many other mid level priced meters on the market, you can actually view Digital TV channels on the screen.

The unit also can be used for alignment of CCTV cameras via the av input and also  has HDMI output for testing cable runs to your TV.

The SatKing 2500C High Definition Terrestrial TV Meter has recently been updated from the SK-2500 to the SK-2500C, adding DVB-C function and HDMI output.
