    Well what can i say. We are blown away by your service. So thankyou.  We tried to buy this equipment for our caravan in local area. This being Newcastle/Lake Macquarie/Maitland. We rang all caravan/electrical/TV  places and no such luck.  I was referred to you by some one and you have not disappointed from the initial enquiry to the order placement when we told there would be a delay in getting it out as you were snowed under with orders. Only to have it arrive 3 days later. I like the under promise and over deliver on your lead time.
    Also when i rang with an issue with a faulty part last Friday. To have very reasoned person on the phone with a nothing too hard attitude. To having the new part in the mail box on Monday morning is just terrific.
    A lot of people in business could learn from your high standards' that you obviously set.

  • Just a quick thanks to Ben for his technical advice. Currently caravanning 
    in Victoria and had the dish blow forward on to the LNB making it impossible
    to get reception. Thanks to Ben I have adjusted the LNB arm as suggested and
    am now back online. Your after sales service is impossible to beat and

  • Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for your help over the phone yesterday, I rang you with the problem of being able to get the signal but the Austar & Phoenix boxes were showing no picture, you solved my problem in 2 minutes flat, I had been trying to work out what was wrong for nearly 2 hours.

    We bought our dish & Phoenix box from you nearly 7 years ago & you are always so very helpful when we need assistance, you are a credit to your business & we make a point of anyone thinking of buying a dish, then they must contact you.

    Have set up the system in my mobile home and registed with Mysat and eveything is working perfectly.
    The sat finder is so simple and the system takes very little time to set up
    Thank you for your attention, they say the best form of advertising is word of mouth and at this stage thats what I will be doing.

    Some feedback for you.  Item was received in perfect condition (thanks for extra small F type patch lead) and within an hour of receipt I had all channels up on my TV. Also remote for my old Strong unit worked first go. Very pleased with service and product. Please don’t hesitate to use this for a testimonial for your business and service.

    just to let you know we have had the opportunity to use the VAST kit on our travels and found it to be excellent everything you said about it was correct. Set up about 3 minutes much much  better than the older system.
    We installed the additional dish at home so we can watch better picture quality TV with out any pixel break up. So when we are not travelling i just remove the decoder from the motor home and plug it into the house fittings I have replicated the motor home fittings in the house so I just unplug in the motor home and plug it into the house fittings, so easy

    I have owned several companies and know the importance of good customer service, you clearly, have it sorted.
    I rated only one company as having "outstanding" customer support and that is Dyson  (vacuum cleaners). I now include SatPlus.
    Customer service is the "essential" ingredient required for success in this ferociously competitive world.

    Just a short note to say that I looked at my mates satellite set up that he paid $640 and it does not rate against the one you provide.  Your dish,  LNB arm, tripod  are far superior.  I didn't realize there was so much crap out there.  I am more than happy for you to use me as a reference.

    We acknowledge receipt of the warranty replacement decoder RCU in Kununurra and are pleased to advise that we are "back in satellite business" !

    The service from Strong by way of a quick response to our email that the RCUs are not repairable and from SatPlus Caboolture by way of a replacement was exemplary !  Pity such service is all to rare these days.  We will have no problem in recommending your products to other travellers.

    Thank you so much for the great service you gave me in connecting my two sat boxes, the new dish and finder work great, at the time you asked me if I needed a new chart on the dish alignment instructions, I said no at the time but since then they have become water damaged, could you please email to me or send to me a new chart , and if I do make the change to Select TV , do you have the same dish alignment charts as you do on the C1 satellite, I am only looking at Select TV as it is a cheaper option. Is Intelsat 8 on north East the same as C1?  Hope you can help me .
