Hi John, the maximum discharge current is listed as 50A but the C rating is 0.5, for a 200ah battery shouldn't this be 100A maximum discharge rate? And please forgive my ignorance, does this mean that at 50A maximum discharge rate, I could only ever pull 600W of power from the battery (V x I), therefore my 1800w inverter would be pointless? Thanks
Hi there, The max discharge current is enforced by the BMS as this restricts the current output from going any higher. Yes, that is correct, you could only ever pull 600 watts max. You can double the current output by using 2 of them connected in parallel giving you a total of 100A or 1280 watts of power. Cheers John
What is the warranty on these batteries? Thanks
Hi, The lithium batteries are covered by a 3 year, return to base warranty . If found to be faulty, then will be repaired or replaced. Cheers John
Are these batteries suitable for marine use?
Hi Peter, I think we might have chatted about this previously but I'll still reply to you as it is useful for others to read. The battery management system built into the battery only permits a maximum continuous 80Amp/Hour current flow. This makes them perfectly suited to RV use as most ancillary equipment like LED TV's, two way fridges, lights, laptops etc etc. However, due to the lower maximum current output, they cannot be used as a starting battery so you couldn't use it to start a car engine or boat engine. It would be perfect however to run your marine electronics. Hope this helps. John
Does the BMS in this batter allow for bluetooth monitoring? Lithium 200AH LiFe Po4 Battery
No, the BMS system cannot be viewed via bluetooth. However there are quite a few chargers on the market that offer bluetooth connection.
What is the weight and the dimension's of the 100 ah and the 200 ah batteries please.
