Changes to the ABC broadcast access on Optus C1

As of Tuesday 25th August 2009 - "Commencing 25 August, viewers will notice changes to their ABC TV channel options.  Aurora viewers will continue to receive the ABC TV channel applicable to their region but will no longer be able to receive ABC TV services from outside their region.  When selecting these ABC TV channels an on screen scramble message will be displayed.  This restriction is a requirement of a Court suppression order."
