To be able to locate and identify a chosen satellite is extremely useful when performing regular satellite installations.  The meter can be loaded with unique frequencies broadcast from each satellite.  When the dish is aimed and locked to sat, the meter will indicate 'OK' and will then display pertinent information like C/N and BER as well as signal strength.  For more information, click here.
