SatPlus will better any price on any identical advertised item on the internet or in printed form subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be identical in every way and be the same manufacturer and part number.

• If the item is to be delivered, the competitors price must take into consideration their freight charge too.  So if a competitor quotes $100.00 for an item and $30.00 for freight, we will aim to beat $130.00 delivered as a total price.

• The competitor must offer a TAX INVOICE inclusive of GST.  All of our sales are declared and must include GST.

• The competitor must offer a 12 month warranty.  We include a 12 month warranty on all of our products.

• Excludes online auctions such as eBay, oztion, Gray's Online etc...We offer the best tech support, quick repair or replace 12 month warranty, free setup of the equipment (in the case of satellite equipment), installation assistance and backup.  It would be very unfair to ask us to compete with online auction sellers who are here one day and gone the next, uncontactable via phone, do not operate a physical shop, do not issue Australian TAX INVOICES, do not clarify their warranty, will not repair products, charge re-stocking fees, do not offer support, will not setup the equipment and in many cases, if an item is unsuitable, will not offer refunds or exchanges. 

• Item must be brand new and unopened.
